LOVE AT FIRST SIGHT It's a story of mine that happened during a train journey. I was traveling to Howrah from Bangalore by Yesvanthpur Howrah Superfast Express in 2nd AC coach. I was returning to my home in Kolkata and was traveling alone. I boarded in train at Yesvanthpur. The journey started, it was 7:35 pm so, I already had dinner in the food court at Yesvanthpur. I was preparing to sleep on the upper birth. Then the next stoppage came, Bangarapet Junction, few people boarded there. Among them, one person boarded was having reservations on birth in front of me. I couldn't see him clearly because it was 8:15 pm and I was trying to sleep. But what I could see was, he was tall with gym body but not too bulky and a bit fair.  As he boarded, he started preparing to sleep and went to sleep. And when he was sleeping I couldn't get my eyes off from him as he was facing toward me. He was looking too damn handsome, with his long nose, long hair with a dark beard. I wanted to kiss ...

  MY RELATIONSHIP STATUS I am Professor Sarika, Professor Calcutta University, single, unmarried, and staying alone in Kolkata. You must be thinking, why I am still unmarried and single? There is a long story behind this, and let me tell elaborate. I was born in a very remote village in New Alipurduar District of West Bengal in a lower middle-class family. But at the age of 5, my parents died in a bus accident. Then I was shifted with my cousin’s family in Siliguri, where they used to live in an apartment. They were not poor but being a middle-class family, just managed to make ends meet. I did my schooling in Siliguri, in a government, Bengali medium school but my cousins were in Private English medium ICSE board school. They were fluent in English unlike me, but I was not poor in the study, so I always wanted to learn English. I completed my Secondary and higher secondary in Science stream from the same school.
